Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at OHWA. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 0–4 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak periods, processing may take a little longer.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Malaysia. In some cases, we may open shipping to additional countries in the future. Availability may change depending on carrier conditions and local restrictions.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package weight/size.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 2–12 business days for Malaysia.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, local carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
No free shipping is offered at this time.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped. If tracking is available, your tracking number will be included and may take up to 24 hours to become active.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For Malaysia orders, import duties and taxes are included in the product price unless otherwise stated, and we (the seller) cover these costs.
For any other destinations (if available in the future), customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply depending on local regulations. These charges will be clarified at checkout or in the relevant policy update.

6. Damages or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items. We will assist you with the next steps.
